It is also an integrated continuity piece of feature length. The film reviewed here is the regular 8 (silent) version. The silent version needs at least two screenings before it begins to make much sense, in my opinion; the film would play much better in the sound or video version, because the sense of the story really relies on the soundtrack. On first screening it was not at all clear that the jogger and the skier are the same guy, for example, and the periodic scene changes to the apartment in San Francisco weren't at all clear until the entire complex of the story was established, and remembered. This is one of few (and possibly unique) gay erotic films that the sound track is actually part of, instead of added onto.
