Sometimes I like to use yoga as a workout because it feels more gentle on the body as it includes stretches while engagement of muscle sections. I think this class would be good if you already have a base in yoga as we go a little bit fast through the different poses. You need to have a minimum of cardio tolerance also to go through the class at the same pace as we do it. Although feel free to pause the video whenever you feel like you need a break. You can just relax and breathe and then resume. If you want to do yoga and also want to feel like you are building some muscle, this class is for you!
